Day 96 Tuesdays! Work Day
Hey all. I wasn’t able to wake up at 5am today because I slept at 12.
7.30am – woke up
8.26am – gym, cardio 30 minutes.
9.41am – back from gym.
10.16am – making breakfast.
10.39am – tweaking weight training routine. then going to hit the gym in 30mins or so.
