8.00am woke up
9.36am breakfast – egg sandwich + protein shake
10.25am – gym 45 mins cardio
11.55am back from gym
12.00pm – weight 161.6 lbs
12.37pm – lunch pb & j + protein shake

I got some damn bs trojan on my PC somehow yesterday. Just from visiting a website. I don’t even have a clue on how to remove this thing. I might have to do another OS reinstall with Windows 7.
