The Daily Routines of CEO’s and Business Owners

I’m sure a lot of ceo’s and business owners need to get a lot of things done during the day and you’ll notice simliarities between each of their daily routines.

I noticed this post on LifeHack.org. He seemed to get it from Yahoo! Finance. This seems to be more about a morning routine than a daily routine.

These CEO’s and Business Owners had a few things in common.

• Start early

  The latest any executive woke up was 6am about 80% wake up at 5.30am or earlier.

• Exercise every morning

  They prefer to wake up real early around 5am so they can get some exercise in for the day. Come home to shower and take their kids to school. 70% of business leaders exercise in the morning.

• Family time

  This is recommended and essential for all business leaders whom have families. They believe this is the central part of their morning routine. An possibly the reason why they do what they do.

I think these are all great tips for having and creating a productive day once you wake up.
