January 2010 Goals & Plans

Posted by: Paul Morales
in Goal Setting

January 2010 Conclusion

Also read Yearly Goals for the Year 2010 to find out more about some of the other goals I had for this month. You can also checkout my Performance Report for January 2010 too.

(SUCCESS) Great and SUCCESSFUL I did hit my dollar goal of over $2,000 for the month of January 2010 and I went over it. I’ll get the entire figure tomorrow most likely. I’ll probably be saving exactly all of this money, I am working at saving $10,000 in the bank.

Ok, so I didn’t hit any of these goals at all because these were really way out of me league to complete. It’s just too much work to be done to complete this many sites right now. I just don’t enough man power. However, my entire month was of great success.

I believe, these goals I have made were just out of my reach and not practical.

(LEARNED) From this experience, I learned to make much more attainable goals that aren’t so broad goals that have many inner tasks that take time and don’t happen overnight.

I also learned to focus my efforts and a few amount of sites until they get successful then move onto new ones, instead of just making new ones every week. I should only make new sites weekly only if I have the man power to do it. I would need lots of workers and would need to spend a decent amount of money.

(LUCK for HARD WORK) I did come across something that made me a good $600-$900 this month because of a certain niche. I wouldn’t of came up with this unless I tried it and was constantly working to get lucky and find out this thing. My belief has always been luck comes from those who work hard. Luck is something that is achieved by doing some consistently for many many days in a row to magically get what you wanted because you worked hard for it.

My Every Morning Routine

Posted by: Paul Morales
in Business Productivity, Entrepreneurship, Goal Setting

I’m sure, everyone is pretty interested in the basic morning routine for an Internet Marketer.

  1. 5am – Wake Up, Good Morning World. Let’s get the day going. Lots to do.
  2. Morning Routine – 30 Push Ups, 20 Curls, 10 Pull Ups, 20 Shoulder Press
  3. Clean Up – Brush Teeth, Wash Face
  4. Breakfast – Cereal, Milk, Protein Shake, Egg Sandwich
  5. Write Up – Daily MMOG Blog Post
  6. Enlighten and Motivate – Read My Every Morning Routine – Read Yearly Goals for the Year 2010.
  7. Gym – I like to do the gym first thing in the morning.
  8. Work Online – Pretty much the whole day. I work on improving all my websites within my network.

Morning Routine Tips & Tricks

Being Honest With Yourself : If you aren’t thinking and acknowledged the goals you want. The goals won’t accomplish the goal themselves. If you aren’t doing anything to get closer to your goal then, you are just a dreamer.

Key To Success : Visualize and Actualize Your Goals – Review your goals at least daily or once a week and also review your progress. Something I want to do is always know my goals and always evaluate where I am and how close I am too my goals. By reading this daily, this reinforces the fact that I have things to do everyday. If I want to reach my end goals.

Yearly Goals for the Year 2010

Posted by: Paul Morales
in Goal Setting

Whew, wow. The end of 2009 is finally coming to an end at the time of writing this post, it’s December 27th 2009. I have exactly 4 four days till the end of the month and the start of a whole new year. I’m sure, most of us are all trying to figure out what goals we want to accomplish for a new year. Many people like to assign themselves goals but end up not following through to accomplish their yearly goals. I am definitely focusing on completing my yearly goals they are something I think about almost everyday and work hard because I want to reach it and test my own skills.

Most Important Goals for 2010

1. Build My Internet Empire

My main focus for this year of 2010 is to build my internet empire. This includes working on niche sites based on CPALead, Adsense and Clickbank. There is no limit to how high, I will grow my internet empire. I am however, looking at around $10,000 per month income by the end of 2010.

I will be working my hardest all throughout the year to accomplish this goal. I would if anything, love to surpass this goal and make like $20,000 per month. I think, that would just be amazing.

2. Watch TV/Movie Sites $100-$400 per day

TV and Movie niche sites have been my main money maker for making money online. I don’t plan on leaving this niche anytime soon, even though it may be competitive. I believe, there are still many ways to make money with these type of websites.

3. Health & Fitness Niche $50-100 per day

I plan on exercising and lifting weights all throughout this year of 2010. I plan on getting lean and ripped so I can start a health and fitness blog and make money on visitors as well as maybe providing some consulting services for weight loss and muscle building.

4. Local Web Design $2,000 – $3,000 per month

Creating a local web design company is a great idea and has been one of my dreams for quiet a long time. I really plan on getting this off the ground this year and really getting customers by referrals. If you can make $2-3k per month with web design it’s definitely a worthy business method.

5. Get Healthy, Fit & Ripped

Just like everyone else in this world. We all would love to be in great shape but we however, forget our goals and never end up putting in the time needed to accomplish them. I definitely plan on accomplishing this like 5-10 year goal of mine this year in 2010.

6. Live On My Own

I have yet to live on my own. It is very expensive and I think a house or apartment just for myself would be too big for me. Just because I don’t really use up all the space, I’m so use to using the space in my bedroom. I don’t need other rooms or living rooms.

However, I think this is a great idea and will benefit me in growing up and becoming older. Learning how to live on my own and managing all my expenses. I also plan on doing something with my spot so I can make some money. But I won’t be telling anyone, what it is :) .

7. Save $50,000 for 2010

Saving money is very important and especially in this time and age we are currently in. I plan on saving money every year so I can increase my net-worth, every year. I am looking to become a rich man and it takes smart planning to make this happen. Hopefully, I will do a great job.

September 2009 Goals & Plans

Posted by: Paul Morales
in Goal Setting

I believe, it’s truly helpful to have vivid detailed image of what you want to accomplish for the coming month. The first of the month is the best time to create a new list of goals. That you plan on completing after the month is over.

If you fail to plan. You plan to fail, I truly believe this because everyday I wake up and I don’t have a to-do list. I end up relaxing all damn day instead of working towards crossing out everything on my to-do list that I made the previous night before going to bed.

I’m writing this post on August 31st 2009. I plan to be in full swinging motion tomorrow, I will be waking up at 5.00am to start working out and getting some work done, school and more work.

Once again, I hope people who read this take this information seriously and also start working their asses off. I notice all the real professional internet marketers are all working very hard and putting in those hours in on a daily basis.

Today, I basically planned out my month and the projects that I have upcoming that I want to work on. Tomorrow, will be a full work day. I plan on smoking less weed so I can spend more time working ;) .

My New Projects for September 2009

Checkout last months – August 2009 Goals & Plans. This month I am making a killing for sure. I have already spent $99.88 on domains names for sites I am working on this month of September.

I have 11 websites total I am going to work on and I will let everyone know on the details later on.

Paul Morales, MakeMoneyOnline-Guide.com, $383.98, Target: $1,500-$2,000 For September 2009

GOAL ::: To Make $1,500-$2,000 For September 2009

My goal is to make at least $1,500 for the month of September. I plan to do this with movie websites and tv websites I plan on building this month to be exact.

I will have 15 tv shows and 5 movies and a watch movies online website as well as watch episodes online website. That’s around 22 websites I need to be working on for this month.

So pray for me guys, hopefully I can make a good amount of money :)

My Top 10 Secrets To Setting Goals

Posted by: Paul Morales
in Goal Setting

Planning Multiple Projects On A Monthly Basis

I understand the difficulty in managing multiple projects within a day or a month time span. It’s very difficult unless you are very organized and focused on what you plan on accomplishing. I will be explaining how I go about planning for multiple projects.

What’s Performance Goal Setting?

First things first you want to know how to succeed by performance goal setting. What do I mean by performance? You strive to outperform. Set your goals and strive to hit them as soon as possible. To do this, you will create a monthly time sheet log of what needs to be accomplished on a daily basis.

My Top 10 Secrets To Setting Goals

1) Print Out Monthly Calender

If you want a monthly calender checkout this site PDF Calender. If you notice, it’s also a great niche for adsense and very low competition. I’m sure, he’s making at least $200-300/month with that say but even $50-100/month is good if you only paid $10/year for a domain name.

2) List Goals For The Month

Make your goals reasonable enough that if you put the needed work you can get it done. You want to beable to meet your expectations but expect to go over so you are very happy with your results. So that you want to continue reaching higher goals the next time.

3) Write Goals In The Printed Calender

If you have 5-10 goals think about how many you can work on a day. 2, 3, 4 or 5? It’s up to how hard you plan on working. Choose how many you want let’s say 2 and what you will do is on Day 1 you will work on 2 sites, than on Day 2 you will work on 2 other sites. You will continue the pattern so you put in a significant amount of work into each website on a weekly basis.

This will result in you actually accomplishing tasks for each goal. You have to understand there are many goals and no time to be wasted.

4) Create A Business To-Do Binder

I created a binder that will list all my daily to-do lists as well as my monthly printed outline of what I need to do everyday.

This binder will help in making a more detailed list. Instead of looking at it monthly I will be looking at it daily.

5) List Daily To-Do Lists

Extensions to do list for your monthly calender. These are the pages you will include within your binder, every page will be labeled with a date. You will write your to-do list on one single sheet every time.

6) Write Tomorrow’s To-Do List The Night Before

Write the next day’s to-do list the night before so when you wake up you can read your to-do list and start finishing things off the list.

7) Cross out Completed To-Do List Tasks

As soon as you are done with a task you want to cross it off and work on the next task. You want to get yourself addicted to crossing things out. This in return will make you work harder.

8) Write a Daily Journal

Write a daily journal after doing the above steps. Your daily journal should discuss how it felt to work or anything significant in the day or if you just want to type a thought out.

9) Ponder For A Productive Day

Take some time to realize what a great and productive day today was because you actually got a lot of work done on majority of your websites.

10) Get Some Sleep & Be Ready For Yet Another Productive Day

Sleep asap hopefully before 10pm so you can wake up early and start working hardcore the next day.

Awesome Earnings :) Will AIM higher

Posted by: Paul Morales
in Goal Setting

I’m excited and ready to pump out more seo websites and learn more so I can make a great deal of money. I’d like to make $3,000 per month with little to no work ;) Although, I will work so I can get it higher than $3,000. I do like SEO better than PPC at the moment because I don’t have funds to do PPC but also I feel SEO is a lot more stable at the moment and much easier in my opinion. Less daily maintenance work goes to my seo sites rather than working on PPC campaigns.

So without further ado, here’s my sexy stats for the month so far. I will post a August 2009 Income Report at the end of the month in like 3 days.

  • Adsense = $87.21
  • CPALead = $219.21
  • Clickbank = $380.11
  • Infolinks = $36.51
  • Zango = $38.71
  • Adbrite = $8.51
  • Graboid = $1.40

TOTAL of $771.66

AWESOME LEGENDARY!! :) I’m pretty happy about my stats for this month so far. Although, I should have more websites up and be hitting the $1,000 month.

Checkout last months income – July 2009 Income Report

I did $383.98 for last month :) .  Almost double ;)

I’m hoping for this next month I can hit $1,500/month :) Hopefully It will work. I’m going to be working my ass off.

Hope you guys are working your ass off too. Hit me or leave a comment if you are interested in chatting it up. I’m looking to meet more WORKING internet entrepreneurs who are trying to kill shit on the internet ;) .

August 2009 Goals & Plans

Posted by: Paul Morales
in Goal Setting

In response to this guy’s blog post GatherSuccess July 2009 Hits Report. He makes around $9,000 per month from his blog, that’s a great amount of income. To top it off he’s in asia, so cost of living is much cheaper.

So while I posted my tag on the bottom.

Paul Morales, MakeMoneyOnline-Guide.com, $383.98, Target: $700-$1,000 For August 2009

I decided to create a blog post on my August 2009 Goals & Plans so  I will be more aware of what I am trying to reach during this time frame.

GOAL ::: To Make $700-$1,000 For August 2009

My goal is to create $2,000 to $4,000 dollars of income from the internet using SEO and content websites. I want these to be semi auto pilot so I can earn this money without doing much work.

Health & Fitness

  • Morning Routine – 2×20 push ups & 2×4 pull ups  (bicep, forearms)
  • 45 mins of cardio – when i wake up
  • Weight Training Routine 5 days a week.

Internet Websites

  • Make Money Online Guide – MMOG will be the blog of all my make money online ventures and how I exactly make money online. I will give real case studies as well as great tips. Be sure to bookmark and RSS feed my blog. This niche is hard so it will be difficult to get ranked on the search engines.
  • Diet Weight Loss Guide – DWLG will be my blog on all health, fitness, bodybuilding adventures I partake in. I will do my best to rank in the serps and get traffic.
  • Watch Entourage – Watch Entourage Online is a great tv site that is the contributor to most of my monthly earnings for July 2009 because of this I will be working on more tv sites and will see what kind of revenue I can pull in.
  • Watch Gossip Girl – 2nd at  $20/day Watch Gossip Girl Online is another great tv show that is targeting the female gender because of this I can test certain affiliate offers to see if they convert better on females. It’s good to have traffic from everywhere.
  • Watch Weeds – 3rd at  $30/day Watch Weeds Online is another good tv show that is about marijuana which i’m sure tons of people would enjoy. I myself smoke it on a daily basis lol.
  • Watch Knight Rider – 4th at  $40/day Watch Knight Rider Online is a remake of the old Knight Rider TV Series.
  • Watch Heroes – 5th at  $50/day Watch Heroes Online is a great show that many people watch which is a great reason why – tons of traffic!
  • Watch 90210 - 6th at  $60/day Watch 90210 Online is also a remake of the old 90210 Hit series. This is also a new tv show and will generate a great amount of traffic.
  • Watch NCIS – 7th at  $70/day Watch NCIS Online is a great criminal investigation tv show for the Navy. It’s got many seasons so their are tons of loyal watchers whom watch this.
  • Reseller Web Hosting – WhizKidHost is going to be my new hosting company and whom I will use locally for web hosting in connection with a web design company I create soon.

Websites Coming Soon

  • Watch Movies Online – Whew, another big website that will be harder to rank in serps but well worth it.
  • Watch TV Shows Online – Same as above, also very big but great returns.
  • Magazine Subscription Store – Great idea, have the website made just need to get it done.
  • GPT Get Paid To Survey Site – Website is made, just no affiliate companies who want GPT sites anymore.

Conclusion

I have a lot of work to do and hopefully I could be making a decent amount of money on the internet. I want my internet income to be a second income to my main income once I get a job.

My next steps would be to hire outsourcers to create and maintain websites as well as create backlinks for each of my websites.

Manage and save my money, I still need to remain frugal and have a lot in savings. I should always keep increasing my income and never be stagnant.

Multiple Streams Of Income - This means money coming in from everywhere. The idea is to get it so you have $20-30k per month coming in from random investments you’ve created such as building websites.

Need to get things rolling. Comment if you guys are also working on making money from websites or what not. It’s good to meet people who are working on the same things as yourself.

Looking Back My 5 Years + Future 5 Year Goals

Posted by: Paul Morales
in Goal Setting

whats-in-your-futureI think it’s always a good idea to look back at your last 5 years and really think about what you have accomplished. Think about where you wanted to be, where you ended up, etc. I came across this post, I felt it being useful I decided to make my own past 5 years and future 5 year goals. You can view the post here: Setting Long-Term Financial Goals: Looking Back 5 Years » My Money Blog

The reason for taking time to look back and look forward is so you can realize the mistakes that you seem to be making over and over again. You want to know, so you can fix it and prevent it from happening again and wasting more precious time of your life.

The Past 5 Years

Today is 2009 and 5 years ago would be 2004.

  • 2004 (Age 17) - Junior Year of High School – During this time, I was just going to school and not really focusing on creating an internet business. Although, I would be constantly reading and checking up on how the market is.
  • 2005 (Age 18) - Senior Year of High School – Same thing as above. Wasn’t sure what I wanted to do with my life. I loved to avoid work like the plague because it was Senior Year.
  • 2006 (Age 19) - First Year of College – Didn’t really finish my classes. I wasn’t in the right state of mind to stay in class and focus. I regret it though. I could of got a lot more done with my life.
  • 2007 (Age 20) - Second Year of College – Again, Didn’t really finish my classes. I also wasn’t in the right place to focus.
  • 2008 (Age 21) - Third Year of College – I didn’t attend this time because I started in PPC Affiliate Marketing. I actually made a decent amount of money grossed over $70,000. 30% or so was profit, I ended up going on a losing streak and didn’t fix it. This lost money, because I was lazy to fix it. I also started spending a lot of money because I THOUGHT I was making a lot. I ended up just losing/spending all my money ;(.

I had fun, I did a lot. The reason I wasn’t really focused on anything, was because I just came out of running a successful online business a Diablo 2 Store that was creating 4-5k/month profit. I was working all the time though and just wanted to not have that much work to do.

I made a lot of mistakes and learned from them. I hope once I get something going again I will do things more smarter. As you can see, I didn’t really get a whole lot done ;) . But I’m ready to change that and get things going.

My Future 5 Years

I think it’s important to realize and know what the main goals you want to accomplish within the next 2 mo’s, 6 mo’s 1 year, 2 year, etc. Everyone, should focus on what they want to accomplish and happen for their lives in the future. At least, I know I need to be thinking about it.

5 Years is a long way to look towards the future. We’ll see how far or close I come ;)

I plan and hope to accomplish a whole lot in these coming 5 years.

  • Year 2009 (Age 22) – 4th (1st Year) College – Attending Community College to Transfer. Doing it over and going to get everything taken care of. No more fooling around. Need to transfer and get into a UC, hopefully.
    • Planning to get many certifications this year: A+, Network+, Linux+, Server+, Security+, MCP, MCDST
    • Land a Technical Computer Job for Experience. 20-35k yearly salary.
    • Run a successful web hosting company targeting my local market.
    • Run a successful web design company targeting my local market.
    • Run a successful blog.
    • Saving as much as I can and remaining frugal.
    • Eating Healthy & Exercising Consistently.
  • Year 2010 (Age 23) - 5th (2nd Year) College -  Attending Community College to Transfer.
    • Plan for more certifications.
    • More Job Experience. 40-45k yearly salary
    • Increasing Revenue for my Internet Businesses.
    • Saving as much as I can and remaining frugal.
    • Eating Healthy & Exercising Consistently.
  • Year 2011 (Age 24) - 6th (3rd Year) College – Attending Community College to Transfer. Going to try and do it all in 2 years, hopefully.
    • Plan for more certifications.
    • More Full Time Job Experience. 50-65k yearly salary
    • Increasing Revenue for my Internet Businesses.
    • Saving as much as I can and remaining frugal.
    • Eating Healthy & Exercising Consistently.
  • Year 2012 (Age 25) - 7th (4th Year) College – 1st Year of Undergraduate Degree – Transferred to a State or UC school in Bay Area California.
    • *Known 2012 Day I may Die ;) lol*
    • Plan for more certifications. Take GMAT.
    • More Full Time Job Experience or maybe leave and Focus on School & Internet Businesses. 75-85k yearly salary.
    • Increasing Revenue for my Internet Businesses.
    • Eating Healthy & Exercising Consistently.
  • Year 2013 (Age 26) - 8th (5th Year) College – 2nd Year of Undergraduate Degree – Receive a B.S. in CIS Computer Information Systems.
    • Plan for more certifications. Take GMAT.
    • More Full Time Job Experience 95-110k yearly salary.
    • Increasing Revenue for my Internet Businesses
    • Work on trying to get my MBA.
    • Eating Healthy & Exercising Consistently.

I’m not sure how realistic my expectations are for my future 5 year plan. I will definitely will be focusing on it on a daily basis.

Here are the reason why I choose my path this way:

  • Working Full-Time – The reason for working is to gain more job experience and faster capital to start my own businesses. For the downtime while my businesses aren’t successful it is more smarter to get a decent paying job (not working for $8/hr) and reinvesting your money into your business. Every 6mo’s/1year, I plan on looking for new and higher paying jobs for my skills.I am not by any means trying to stick and stay with a company. I am working for experience to get an MBA and capital to fund my businesses and life.
  • Run a Big Corporation – I’d like to get more real life experience in a big corporation and learn how things are done. I eventually want to make a big business in my life. I don’t want to run a small business and be enslaved to it.
  • Boring Working At Home - I also want to be able to experience more to life than just running my business in my own home. I’m only 22 years old, I’d rather be out there (outside seeing the sun) than being in my bedroom.
  • Save & Remain Frugal - I plan on saving a lot of money and being financial smart about money and with my businesses. I do want the nice things in life, but I can wait a while.
  • Double Paychecks & Benefits – Benefits of having a job would be a consistent paycheck with full benefits and maybe bonuses. I can pay for college right away with no debt. I can also fund my own internet businesses on the side with my own money while attending school.
  • College Campus & Ideas – In today’s age and in ancient times, college campuses were created to inspire young minds to excel in many areas including computers, medical, law, etc.I believe, going and being introduced to these lessons in college will only prepare you more for the world we live in today. I also think networking will be great because you are dealing with people who strive to receive a college education.Every rich person or successful entrepreneur had plans to attend and finish college, until they found their secret IDEA. Many companies are funding and giving bonuses to college students who are talented in certain areas.
  • Meeting a Sophisticated Lady – I think If I just create my own business within my home and not interact with the world. I will be forced to be with someone whom I am in contact with. Usually, in my hometown, you probably wouldn’t find many women who are working for a college education. I would like the lady, I marry to have a college education and not be a regular dumb dumb. An independent women with goals, is sexy ;) .
  • Job Experience for MBA - Another reason for getting a job and job experience is so I can have a more experienced resume to hold with me throughout life. I feel this is the same as developing a better physique for yourself. Dressing better and learning to communicate better with others. All these tools help us accomplish the desired goals we want.
  • Internet Businesses – I will be really focusing on my businesses and providing a quality level of service even with my busy schedules. If I can’t provide help, I will hire on and risk my own pay within the company to further support my customer service. I’m willing to collect last on things in the beginning as part of being in business.I do hope, by providing a reliable and honest service to customers. They will in return reward you with loyal customers. Everything will also be connected to my iPhone so I can contact and call customers at any time.
  • Venture Capital Funding – With getting all the job experience and getting the degrees and working my own companies. I would eventually like to create a business plan or something so I can gain funding from companies or venture capitalists. I think I would enjoy creating different big businesses. I’m not sure how just yet but I will find out.

Well, that about sums up what I plan on doing with my life. I am working on it daily so it comes my reality. I hope you learned a lot. This is a pretty lengthy post that hopefully wasn’t a waste of your time ;) . It definitely benefited myself, I will always look at this page to remind myself of the goals I am trying to accomplish.

Subscribe to my RSS Feed and keep up with what I’m doing.
