Learn How To Make Money Blogging

Posted by: Paul Morales
in Adsense, Article Writing Tips, Entrepreneurship, Link Building, Make Money Blogging, Make Money Online, Personal Development, Ways To Make Money, Webmaster Tips, WordPress

Many people in the United States and all over the world have been dreaming of learning how they can make money blogging online. The internet is a new place to exchange ideas, thoughts and products. It has allowed us to be in touch with the outside world much more quickly. It’s very tough learning the basics and getting a grasp on the concept. Majority of time, it’s a hit or miss shot of success. To really succeed in this industry, you must bust your balls day in and day out without getting discouraged.

I for one would enjoy the day that I become a full time blogger. A full-time blogger is someone who manages a blog full-time or multiple different blogs in different niches. Bloggers can make anywhere from $30,000 per year or $150,000 per year. The only thing separating the two is the extreme amount of dedicated and patience it takes to get a blogger business up to $250,000.

First Decide What You Are Interested In – You obviously want to write about a topic that you extremely enjoy. This way it won’t be difficult for you to write content for your blog because you truly enjoy it.

What do I need to do to make $82.19 per day? or $30,000 per year?

Getting your income to $80 per day is no easy feat. You shouldn’t think that you can achieve these earnings overnight, because majority of time it won’t happen this way.

  • CPC Ads – These are also known as Adsense Advertisements. You can place Google Adsense on your website and get paid for clicks onto your ads.
  • CPM Ads – These are Cost Per Million Ads meaning every 1 million impressions. You get a certain dollar amount per CPM.
  • Monthly Advertisement – You can sell ads directly on your website for a per month price. You can have maybe 6 or 8 advertisement slots and charge them $50 to $100 per month to place there ads on your website.
  • Affiliate Products – You an upsell your visitors to affiliate products and make a pretty good commission from selling other peoples products on your website.

There are many other ways to make money from blogging. You can also do paid writing posts. It’s not easy to become a professional blogger and make a full-time income blogging. It takes a very long time, maybe even years for you to earn a decent amount of money on the internet.

Where Should I Buy Web Hosting?

Posted by: Paul Morales
in Webmaster Tips

Many people are always interested in where they should buy web hosting to start their own blog or website. I have tried many different web hosts personally and in the end I felt that I needed to get my own dedicated server.

The reason I choose to get a dedicated server is because most web hosts like to overload their servers with many people this tends to make your own website load very slow.

For this exact reason I also decided to create a web host that doesn’t overload their servers.

If you would like personal web hosting from me, you can checkout my web hosting company called Simplistic Host. Walnut Creek Web Hosting

If you would prefer a corporate company I would highly recommend:

BlueHost.com

HostGator.com

It’s all personal preference when it comes to web hosting. All web hosts all have the same features so it’s the web host that offers the best customer service for their customers.

How Much Should I Spend on Web Hosting?

Posted by: Paul Morales
in Webmaster Tips

Many beginner’s who are interested in making money online may not understand or know how much is the right amount to pay for web hosting.

This article will teach you on the right pricing to pay for your website. I’d highly recommend staying away from web hosts that offer Unlimited Bandwidth. Unlimited Bandwidth is just not possible because disk space and bandwidth all have a cost to it.

The way web hosts with Unlimited Bandwidth work is they limit the amount of resources you are able to use. If you use up to many resources they will suggest you upgrade your account or close your account.

Choosing a web host doesn’t have to be too difficult. There are many different categories of web hosting that are available. I’m going to talk about 5 different web hosting categories and explain a little about it.

Free Web Hosting

Free web hosting is free but you may have to display the free web hosts advertisements to pay for your free web hosting. Free web hosting is good if you aren’t running a business and just want to create websites on the Internet as a hobby without spending too much.

Shared Hosting $3-20

Shared Hosting will range from $3 to $20 dollars. This will let you host 1-5 domains usually, normally it’s just one domain. Many of these are great if you plan on hosting just 1 domain name.

Reseller Hosting $5-35

Reseller Hosting is highly recommend for any webmasters who plan on hosting more than one website. If you plan on using more resources I would recommend VPS hosting. They run about the same price but VPS offers more features and benefits.

VPS Hosting $15-60

If you feel you are going to need more resources for your websites. I would highly recommend VPS hosting they give you a segment of the actual resources on a server so you aren’t necessarily sharing your resources with others. A VPS server is also fully managed so you don’t have to worry about managing your web server.

Dedicated Server $75-150+

If you want full web hosting capabilities and access a dedicated server is your best choice. You do have to manage your own dedicated server or hire a third party company to manage your server.

I hope these tips helped you on choosing what web hosting is best for your business or website.

Benefits of Creating a 404 Page

Posted by: Paul Morales
in Webmaster Tips

404

I was working on another one of my websites and it’s always a good idea to make sure you have your 404 pages.

They provide you with visitors that would otherwise be lost if you didn’t have a 404 page up.

Here are some resources in setting up a 404 page on your website:

  • Creating an Error 404 Page « WordPress Codex
  • Official Google Webmaster Central Blog: Make your 404 pages more useful
  • HTTP 404 – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
