Day 79 Managing Outsourced Help

It’s very tough to manage outsource help at times because many are not really fully focused in what they do. I am definitely trying to retain all the best people I have and keep them on full-time. It’s the only sure way to be consistent in the working output of the team.

10am – working on getting details for workers.
7.28pm – I spent time doing a bunch of things today. Playing COD and working and managing my workers. It’s tough work but I either stress on not being able to complete enough work or stress over managing workers. Either way, I’m stressing lol. So I basically just need to get a full few-time helpers who are willing to work and do it good. I will then start paying these guys more once I make more money. I have no problem paying them $300-500 per month if I am making money too.
8.56pm – Going to take a shower then plan for tomorrow. I’ve been working and trying to get my helpers on schedule with working and how to do it properly. I’m basically just telling them to go to blogs and create accounts and add content with links back to my site. I actually plan on re-posting to these sites because I want them to give backlinks for all my other websites. On a blog, we can post multiple posts and link to every article we make or what not related to our niche.
10.52pm – Still working and helping some guys get the job done. It’s going to be beneficial because they are getting the hang of it so it does look like this can be full-time work for them.
- site #3 = Just sent out another $6.00 payment today for some work on site #3 did about 10 backlink work. He’s going to do 32 for $10 for the next project.
- site #1 = got like 11 backlinks paid this guy $9 but overpaid him. Takes time getting use too. He’ll be working on a new project for site #6. I’ll pay him like $10 for the next project and it’s also 32 backlinks.
- site #4 = got like 8 backlinks paid guy $6. He worked a while but gets it now so should be a lot faster and more productive.
- site #2 = I will do on my own.
- site #1 = Is finished now and will not be advertised no more. I will focus my efforts on other sites.
- site #5, #6, #7 = These 3 are also being worked on and some work for them should be finished soon. I want to rank all 7 of these sites on page 1 or close. I need to get more visitors.
11.43pm - getting ready to go to sleep.
