I’m sure most of the people deciding on creating a blog are somewhat of an entrepreneur. Everyone knows that a successful business will create a business plan for their company. At times being more then one business plan such as: 3 month business plan, 6 month business plan, 9 month business plan, 1 year business plan, 2 year business plan, 5 year business plan, etc.
A Blog Business Plan is a great addition to you planning for the success of your soon to be blog. Just like any ordinary business, it’s a good idea to create a business plan.
A business plan is the thought and actions of your motives for your business. It contains your written goals and competitors for the niche market you are targeting.
I don’t have a step-by-step process for this but I’ll be sure to write one up.
My plans for creating a blog business plan is to go over free sample business plans and formulate my own 3, 6, 9 month plans as well as my 1-3 year goals. With 5 years being more ideas I can add onto create additional revenue or offer more and better service to my current and future customers.
