What keywords to use for blog categories and post titles?

I’ve been wondering about this question a few times while working which is why I want to talk about it.
You definetly want to choose the most typed or searched keywords so it eventaully works its way onto the search engines.
I simply use google keyword tool to find out and choose the key phrase has the most visits.
Hopefully this small amount of advice helps.
