Make Money with Web Hosting Affiliate Programs

If you didn’t know. Web hosting is one of the biggest competitive markets on the internet because no matter how many websites are made they will always need web hosting for their website to accessible to though the internet.

A good way to make money online is by creating a website or blog dedicated to the audience of people who will need web hosting.

Many of the top web hosting companies all have great affiliate programs with payouts as high as $100 per customer even if the customer pays $19.99 per month.

The payout you earn is your commission for finding a sale for the web host company. I’ve read that many big web hosts haven’t gotten as big as they are by themselves. It’s due to their affiliate program which usually will account for 40-60% of their new customers.

They know for a fact that it’s cheaper to pay affiliate marketers for results rather than advertising on banner ads and paying $20/month for 100 sites or whatever.

Since these web hosts have been in business for quiet some time now they know their numbers such as how long a web hosting customer will stay within their company. I’m guessing it’s more than 12 months if they are paying $100 per customer.

This means if they get paid $19.99/month and they pay an affiliate $100 per lead. In 1 year ($20×12) that lead should of generated $240 and they paid their affiliate $100 one-time.

The following year or next year will be $240 pure profit for them and every year after. If users stay as long as 2 years.

That equals $480 for 2 years and paying out to affiliate $100. So they get a profit of $380 per customer. I’m just guessing on figuring out how they make their money. But be sure they do.

Yes, as a matter of fact they do. They do pay $100 per lead and many people receive their checks. Although, some may not be $100 lead they may be $60 but there are some great ones that pay a high amount for commission.

What niches would be good for promoting web hosts?

Any niche where someone wants to make a website. Niches I would start would be web hosting review site, web hosting help, web hosting tutorials, webmasters, bloggers, internet marketers, web hosting affiliate programs and local businesses who want to be on the internet.

How much can I make from promoting web hosting affiliate programs?

You can make anywhere from $200 to $1,000+ from web hosting affiliate programs.

I may decide to do something like this myself. If I do I will remember to report back with my findings and let people know how it’s going and some tips on how to get it up better.
