Sam Walton’s Ten Rules Creating a Successful Business

Since I’m in the process of creating some businesses. I needed some motivation on creating successful businesses that can provide me with an income of $5,000 per month. I think $10,000 would be a great income that would be $120,000 year. Decent money to live off of, although I would still want to keep going for more.
Mr Sam Walton owner of Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club in the United States and few places around the world. He grew up in a farm in Missouri during the Great Depression.
- Commit to your business – You must believe in your business more than anyone else, overall it’s your business. You need to develop a great passion for running your business on a daily basis.
- Share your profits with all your partners – Treat all your business partners that resulted to your growth.
- Motivate your partners – If you have employees, motivate them on a constant basis and challenge them.
- Communicate to your partners – Tell your employees everything so they understand your goals and motives.
- Appreciate everything your associates do.
- Celebrate your success
- Listen to everyone in your company and get them talking
- Exceed your customers expectations at all times
- Control your expenses better than your competition.
- Swim upstream, always and everyday.
